Hi, my name is Faith and I just found this site!! I am so hopeful that you all will be able to give me some guidance in the coming weeks and months. We are adopting an almost 11 year old girl who is Deaf. We are so excited, but scared to death too!! LOL!! We have raised four hearing children, then adopted our son (hearing) who is now almost four years old and now - here we go again. We don't know much about her yet - she is currently attending a Deaf school where she resides during the week. Will we change that, keep her where she is????? Who knows? I will be searching for wisdom from all you moms!!!! Great to be here!!
