I came across this page "
Hubbards Cupboard" and it has so many awesome resources to print and use in teaching a wide range of subjects.
I print them out changing the layout to be 4 pages per printed page, to save paper and make it a cute mini book. We go through the pages, reading the words, and he colors the pages. Then we staple it into a booklet and show/read it to everyone we can.
This is exactly what I was feeling like I needed to make for him; books he could read (uncluttered by "to be" and tense complications) and coloring activities.
Hurray!
